Why didn’t I receive a notification when my form was submitted?

There could be a few reasons why you did not receive a notification when a form was submitted.

  1. There was no “Submit Action” added to the form. To receive a notification when a form is submitted you must add a “Submit Action” field. To receive a notification you want to select the “Send form Results” option.
  2. The form results was sending to the contact not the owner. Make sure your form results are sending to the owner and not the contact. This could be a reason why you are not receiving a notification.
  3. Your user(owner) email is wrong. Make sure the results are going to the right email .
