Confirmed contacts are all contacts that are in at least one segment and Unconfirmed contacts are all contacts that are not in a segment. Segments are used to organize contacts.
Unsubscribed contacts are contacts that have marked themselves as unsubscribed. They have either manually unsubscribed by clicking an unsubscribe link in an email campaign you’ve sent, or if they have been manually removed from a list by you or an “Unsubscribe” action in an automation.
Bounced contacts are contacts that were rejected by the email server. This could be due to an email being invalid or inaccessible.
