In Adaptix , you can delete any contact you want at any time but you should weigh your decision carefully.
Once a contact is deleted it , it cannot be recovered. You are not only deleting the contact but all statistics that are associated with that contact.
You may choose to keep these contacts in your account for the following reasons:
- They might update their email address or subscription preferences with you.
- You are communicating with them on different channels.
- A unsubscribed user may choose to re-subscribe
If no longer wish to keep a contact in your account because you don’t need it and are trying to de-clutter your contacts, then you have the option to delete the contact.
