Tags are a versatile feature and can be used in many different ways. Tags display essential contact data quickly and easily.
You can add tags to your contacts to help organize them in a more efficient way. Adding tags to your contacts is a specific and narrow way of organizing your contacts than using segments.
In your Adaptix menu, the “Tags” page gives you an overview of all your current tags and how many contacts are associated with that tag. You can also create, edit, and delete tags from this page.
