Sorting and filtering contacts offers a way to cut through the noise and find just the data you want to see. You can sort your contacts by any of the column headers. Filtering helps you narrow your list to the criteria you input. This can help your contact list become more organized and navigate you towards what you are looking for.
To Sort contacts in a list:
- Click “Contacts” to navigate to the drop down menu and click “Manage Contacts”
- Click any of the following default column headers to sort your contacts: Full Name, Email Address, Location, Points, Last Active, ID and Position.
To Filter contacts in a list:
- Click “Contacts” to navigate to the drop down menu and click “Manage Contacts”
- In the top left corner of the page there is a search bar tool , click on it and type in the criteria to be filtered. The Contacts Overview page will list all contacts who meet the criteria set in your filter. *You can filter by using Specific Keywords, Names, Segments, Email, Company, Owner, IP*
