What is a Meta Description?
When you are editing your Adaptix landing page you can add a meta description to your page. A meta description can be used to describe the content/message on your page. The Meta-description is displayed on the search engine results pages. Adding a description can increase engagement and give a glimpse of your page.
Add a Meta Description
To add a meta description, open up a landing page and click “Edit”. On the right side of the page there will be a bar of options you can edit. Scroll down to “Meta description” and type in your description.
How to write a meta description
- Match the description to the topic
- Keep the length to approximately 135-160 characters
- Include main Keywords
- Be direct & to the point
- Skip using special characters
- Be Persuasive
