To send an email when a user/visitor has visited a web page you will have to set up an automation in your Adaptix account.
First choose the segment of contacts and add a “Decision”, select “Visits a Page”. Here you can paste the URL or web page you want to track within the automation. Then you will add a “Action” to “Send a Email”. This will Send an email to the user who clicked on the Web Page/ URL that you added in your automation.
