How to organize your contacts in Adaptix

Adaptix allows you to organize your contacts in several different ways.

  • Create a List Segment
    • Segments provide ways to easily organize your contacts.

      When viewing all segments you will notice the column on the right which shows the number of contacts matching that particular segment.

    • To create a new segment navigate to Segments in the menu, and click on ‘New’.
  • Group by Company
    • Above the information of the company (name, address, and all custom company fields) and the chart, you can find a table with the list of the assigned contacts displaying the date of their last activity. A good way to have a view of the recent activity of the contacts you know in this company!
  • Using Tags
  • Custom fields
