Adaptix has a feature that can help you avoid sending messages to contacts that no longer want to receive messages.
On the “Manage Contacts” page selected the contact(s) that no longer want to be contacted
- Click on the green down arrow to pull up a list of actions
- Click “Set Do Not Contact”
- You can type in the reason, or you can skip this part.
- Press “Save”.
Now your Contact(s) will be set to “Do Not Contact” and should avoid you from sending messages to them.
