When importing a CSV into a specific segment will checking the “modify existing records” box add them as subscribed to the segment?
The answer is Yes. When you are importing from a CSV you will see “Don’t overwrite value if already exists” If you check off Yes , the contact will still be marked as subscribed. If you check off No , the values will not be overwritten.
