How do I see my contact import history?

The “Import History” screen will list your most recent imports. You can click on each import link to view your import results. These results will show you how many rows were imported, updated or failed. We will also list the reasons why certain rows did not import.

To view your recent import reports:

  1. Click Contacts on the left menu.
  2. Click the dropdown arrow.
  3. Click the “Import History” link.
  4. The “Import History” screen will open. Click an import to view its results.
