There could be a few reasons why you did not receive a notification when a form was submitted.
- There was no “Submit Action” added to the form. To receive a notification when a form is submitted you must add a “Submit Action” field. To receive a notification you want to select the “Send form Results” option.
- The form results was sending to the contact not the owner. Make sure your form results are sending to the owner and not the contact. This could be a reason why you are not receiving a notification.
- Your user(owner) email is wrong. Make sure the results are going to the right email .
