In your Adaptix menu, under “Content”, open up the “Forms” overview page.
- Select and open up the form you want to view.
- In the top right corner next to the “Close” button, click on the down arrow tab to pull down a list
- Click on “Results”
- You will be directed to see the results of the selected form
You can also get to the “Results” page of a form from the “Form” overview page
- Open up the “Forms” page under “Content” in your Adaptix menu
- Select the desired form by checking the empty box
- Click on the down arrow button to pull up a list of actions
- select “Results”
