How to track your contact engagement with tagging and automation

In Adaptix you can create automations that can help you keep track of your contacts engagement by using tags.

  • Begin creating your automation by selecting the contact source.
  • Start by adding a decision, you can select the decision that fits your business goals the best.
  • From the decision you can add actions based on whether the user went through with the decision.
    • For example, If I choose to start with the decision “Submits form”, i can trigger the automation to modify the contacts tag to “Active” if the user submitted a form. I would add this trigger by selecting the green + icon.
    • If I wanted to trigger an automation because the user did not submit a form i can add a action by selecting the red + icon.
  • Add a action, select “Modify contact’s tag”. Here you can add or remove a tag from a contacts profile. You can create active and not active tags and use them to keep track of user engagement.
