Adaptix has many features in its landing page builder that allows you to customize and modify your page!
To add a form to your landing page, follow the steps listed below:
- Go to “Forms” in your Adaptix menu and open up the form you want to add to your page
- On the right side you will see a blue box titled “Form HTML’, click “Automatic”
- Highlight and copy the recommended link (Via JavaScript)
- Once you have copied the HTML, head over to the Landing Pages overview and open up the Landing Page you want to add the form to
- Open up the Page builder
- Click the “Code Mode” block and drag it over to your page template
- Click on the code mode box to open up the “Customize Slot” tab
- In the “Customize Slot” tab you will paste the copied HTML code of the form you want to add
- Press “Save” after the code has been pasted to upload the Form to your Landing Page
