To see which contacts are engaged or not engaged with your communications, we recommend creating a tagging automation that will automatically tag your contacts as “Engaged” or “Not Engaged”. This can help you see which contacts are engaged or not engaged within your communications.
Before creating the automation make sure you have the tags “Engaged” or ‘Not Engaged” in your Tabs overview page. If you do not, simply create the new tags.
To create the Tagging automation view the image below:
When you click on the green + icon that means the contact visited your page. Add a action, click “Modify the Contacts Tags” and it will direct you to modify the contact’s tag and should look similar to the image shown below:
If you click the red + icon that means you can add a action to the automation if the contact did not visit your page from receiving an message. Click “Modify the Contacts Tag” and add the tag “Not Engaged”. It should look similar to the image below:
