Adaptix does not have a feature where you can merge segments but there is a way you can manually add the contacts from different segments into one new segment.
*This will result in a loss of statistics. Creating a new segment will not input any statistics from other segments.*
- Go to the “Segments” page and add a new segment. Click “+ New”.
- Name your segment.
- Click on the “Filters” tab. Here you can filter your contacts by “Segment membership”
- Set the filter to “In” and choose the segment of your choice. You want to do this for all the segments you wish to combine.
- Set your filters to “Or” to allow contacts from either segment to be in the new segment
- Click “Save” when you are done
