Are name changes automatically reflected in all parts of the platform?

When renaming things in Adaptix, you may see some different behaviour depending on which platform feature you’re changing.

When you rename a Campaign, the new name for that Campaign will automatically populate across all areas of your Adaptix account.

When you rename a Contact or a Company, the new name will automatically populate across all areas of your Adaptix account.

When renaming Custom Field Options, you would need to manually change that custom field value in each Contact as well as every segment condition using that field value in your account.

When you rename a Tag, it will be automatically reflected in Contact Profiles, Segment conditions, and in Automation Triggers. In all other areas of the platform; including Add/Remove a Tag Automation Actions, in Link Actions (in Campaigns), and in Conditional Content conditions, you would need to rename those product areas to use the new Tag.
